Harassment in the workplace is a situation that must not be tolerated.  Any person who is being subjected to harassment has the right to be supported and listened to.  The role of a "Contact Officer" is to be the person within an organisation to whom people can go to report any cases of harassment.  This course provides the necessary skills to be able to carry out the role of "Contact Officer" correctly.
