We have been working with David Taylor (VITC Pty Ltd) for just over a year now on site at YMA (Yallourn Mine Alliance) Yallourn and RTL (Roche, Thiess, Linfox) Gippsland operations. Dave has been employed to write and deliver a Mentor Training Programme and also to develop on line and desktop training packages. We found Dave’s training style and natural rapport with students to be a great asset in achieving the desired training outcomes. Dave’s ability to involve students and create an interactive learning environment added excellent value to the training.
