The Victorian Industry Training Centre Pty Ltd has extensive experience in the development and delivery of Industry training.  We specialise in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) processes to establish your workforces current levels of competence.  We will compare the results with your desired performance and produce a training plan for your consideration.

 VITC have a number of generic programs suitable for organisations that wish to develop the skills of their workforce.  These can also be tailored to suit any organisations needs.

To cater for the time constraints evident in most workplaces these days, we develop self paced PC based programs which incorporate automatic assessment.  These programs reduce the need for facilitator/training involvement and allows the participant to take responsibility for their own learning.
