The Victorian Industry Training Centre offers on-line Inductions and training.   This enables your organisation to have visitors and contractors inducted prior to them arriving on site, saving time and ensuring consistency in the Induction process.  The process is automatically assessed and the results recorded on VITC's database which is then accessible by the  relevant organisation.  The benefits to your organisation are:

1. VITC will manage the entire Induction process if required, or work with your organisation's  personnel to ensure a consistent and relevant Induction process.

2. Your Induction can include video and audio which enhances the learning process.

3. Your existing Induction may be utilised or modified saving development costs.

4. Induction results are automatically emailed to the participant and relevant personnel with-in your organisation to notify them of the result.

5. The results are also instantly recorded on the VITC database which your organisation's designated person can access at any time.
